Non-Refundable: Due to circumstance, there is no refund of deposit. We can reschedule you to a different time. Distance Healing is just as effective as in person. This way you can go about your day, either at work, at home with the kids - whatever it is you can receive distance energy healing at any time. (It is recommended though to sit or lay in a comfortable position and rest during it for full release/energy healing, but if you can't that is ok too.) I have developed this way of distance energy healing, so I am available to more people across the world. I get asked often to do this and I am feeling the pull to do it this way. The way my Distance healings work: -You book in on a certain day for certain time. Please write in the notes when you book if you have any questions or things happening, mentally, emotionally, physically so I can home in to support you further with whatever it is. -When this day and time comes you will receive a text message when I begin your healing - this can be from anywhere in the world (so please make sure when you book to put your mobile phone number in.) - You will then find a quiet spot and rest somewhere if you can (again if you can't that is okay it will still work. But it is recommended.) - I will start the distance healing immediately. See below for ways that I work. -When I finish the 30-minute healing you will get a text message to let you know its done and an email with notes on what came up for me during the healing. -You are then welcome to respond to the email with any questions and I will get back to you as soon as I can. -Your healing is complete. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Time is precious, not just for me but for you and other clients or students that may need a place in the course or session time. This is also my small business and main income to support my family which includes my 4 little babes. A lot of time and preparation goes into creating each course, communicating/liaising/organizing etc. Therefore I hope you can understand the importance of the cancellation policy to keep this sustainable and move into the future I just need to clarify my policies. All cancellations are, non-refundable. (if you or a family member is sick and it is an emergency we can re-schedule you into another course or session time) This is something you really need to feel into before you make the energy change and pay for the course or session. Ask yourself, does this really align? Is this what I really need for myself right now? You have a 2 day cooling off period if you change your mind - as of the moment you make payment. After the 2 days it is non-refundable. A ‘no show’ will incur a full 100% charge of your course. In other words, non-refundable. As the courses are intimate - someone else could of been on the waiting list wanting a spot. Cancelled courses or sessions which are re-scheduled for another time and day before the same 1 week period will not be charged any cancellation fee unless they have re-scheduled numerous times, this will be deemed non-refundable.. ‘No shows’ do not qualify for this rule and will be charged the full fee. Shall I need to cancel on you (only in emergencies) I will do my best to fit you in within a 6 month period.
