Reiki sessions is something Laura has offered for 11 years. These sessions are here to support you in the simplest way. We don't necessarily need all the card readings, crystals, instruments etc. All we need is ourselves and our hands to support ourselves and other. Everything else is a beautiful bonus. This session is the simplest form of energy support. Which can also make it much more powerful. Simple is what is needed in this world. Laura MAY include in her session (as each session is intuitively tailored to each client when they come in): -Universal Life Force Energy aka Reiki -Guidance and a friend to talk to -Meditation -Work with the Elements -Raising your vibration/Frequency and Language of the Body techniques These sessions come with a warning - due to frequency shift and somatic work, your body could physically purge between each session - some people have been known to feeling tired, get a head cold etc this is just the energy expelling stored energy out of your body and can take a few days for your body to adjust and feel through the emotions of it too. I am here to support you in it all. In my sessions, I am a guide to support you on your journey - I don't believe in coaching or telling someone how to live their life but I am passionate about guiding and supporting you to do the work for yourself. I can't want to journey with you! *Sessions will be predominantly at the Geelong CBD location which is upstairs. If you can't get upstairs please let me know and we can arrange to meet at the Mount Duneed location instead. Some sessions that are after 4pm might be also at the Mount Duneed location. Location will be notified in the confirmation message the day before your appointment. Please keep in mind Laura is not a counsellor. If you need this please head to your GP and as for a mental health plan and a referral to a psychologist. Lots of love and good health, Laura xx

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Time is precious, not just for me but for you and other clients or students that may need a place in the course or session time. This is also my small business and main income to support my family which includes my 4 little babes. A lot of time and preparation goes into creating each course, communicating/liaising/organizing etc. Therefore I hope you can understand the importance of the cancellation policy to keep this sustainable and move into the future I just need to clarify my policies. All cancellations are, non-refundable. (if you or a family member is sick and it is an emergency we can re-schedule you into another course or session time) This is something you really need to feel into before you make the energy change and pay for the course or session. Ask yourself, does this really align? Is this what I really need for myself right now? You have a 2 day cooling off period if you change your mind - as of the moment you make payment. After the 2 days it is non-refundable. A ‘no show’ will incur a full 100% charge of your course. In other words, non-refundable. As the courses are intimate - someone else could of been on the waiting list wanting a spot. Cancelled courses or sessions which are re-scheduled for another time and day before the same 1 week period will not be charged any cancellation fee unless they have re-scheduled numerous times, this will be deemed non-refundable.. ‘No shows’ do not qualify for this rule and will be charged the full fee. Shall I need to cancel on you (only in emergencies) I will do my best to fit you in within a 6 month period.
