1:1 Session Cancellation Policy
Time is precious; for you, for me, and for others seeking support. Each 1:1 Reiki and Sound Healing session is a dedicated, energetically held space that requires preparation, intention, and availability. This work is also part of how I support my family and maintain a sustainable practice.
For these reasons, I ask that you please read and honour the following policy before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• All sessions are non-refundable.
• If you or an immediate family member are unwell or there is a genuine emergency, I am happy to reschedule your session where possible.

Same-Day & Late Cancellations
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of your session, will incur a 50% fee, or on the same day within 8 hours a FULL fee will be charged.
• This is because the time has been held exclusively for you and cannot be reallocated at short notice and is relied upon to support a small business and single parent supporting her family and community.
Please take a moment before booking to feel into your timing and capacity.
Ask yourself:
Is this the right moment for me to receive this support?
Does this session align with what I need right now?
No-Shows
• A no-show (not attending your scheduled session without notice) will incur a 100% charge and is not eligible for rescheduling.
• This is because that time has been held exclusively for you and cannot be offered to another client.
Rescheduling
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Repeated rescheduling may result in the session being forfeited, as this impacts the integrity and flow of the practice.
If I Need to Cancel
In the rare event that I need to cancel due to illness or emergency, I will do my best to reschedule your session within a six-month period.
Thank you for your understanding, respect, and care in honouring this space and these boundaries. I truly value the trust you place in me when you book a session.
I look forward to supporting you.
With care,
Laura
