SENSUAL Yoni Steam

do not use yoni steam:
-During your period (do before or after your bleed)
-if you have a vaginal infection (recovery only)
-open wounds/sores
-if you are pregnant or if you think you are pregnant
please note:
if you have any yoni piercings please remove it as the heat can cause it to burn you. do not add essential oils to your yoni steam as they can be too potent and burn your privates!
directions:
Pour 4 cups of filtered/purified water into a pot and simmer. ¼ cup of your yoni blend into the simmering water.
Make sure to leave lid on for roughly 4-5 minutes.
After that turn off the heat let it infuse with the lid on for another 5 minutes.
Pour the blend into a medium to large bowl (use oven mitts or tea towel as it will be hot)
Place the bowl either in toilet or if you have a Yoni Stool place it under the stool Test the heat with your hand about 10-15cm above the bowl to make sure you don’t burn your beautiful yoni.
When temperature is right, de-robe from the waist down and take a seat!
Place a large towel over your lap to keep the heat in.
Be sure to cover from your hips to the floor so the steam doesn’t escape.
It’s important to keep your body temperature warm whilst steaming. If needed wear socks and a comfy warm top.
The heat should last for about 10 minutes, if it doesn’t last this long you will need to reheat it.
Once you are finished pour the blend in your garden. Putting it back to the earth is my favourite.

Hibiscus– Promotes sensual feeling and supports in stress and anxiety relief which can aid in maintaining control over your juicy flow during penetration.
Rose/Rosehip – The flower of love is uplifting and relaxing, in which supports your yoni to softly contract skin cells and body tissues. Opens our heart space.
Marshmallow Leaf - Supports your libido to bring on all the feels. Aids as an anti-inflammatory and promotes restoration of inner lining.
Lavender – Is one of the main herbs/flowers to support in relaxation for your who body system and soothes the soul. It is also very healing and acts as an antiseptic, antispasmodic to promote overall health for the nervous system and uterine function. Spiritually offers divination, comfort, and grounding.
Lemongrass – Supports in pain reduction and cleansing the body. Uplifting and helps cleat digestive system. Acts as anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory.
Chamomile – Supports your mind, body and soul for relaxation and can uplift at the same time. It also supports in healing scar tissue from birth or other yoni traumas. It can promote wounds to heal but PLEASE DO NOT STEAM WHEN YOU HAVE A CUT, GRAZE, INFECTION OR OPEN WOUND AS IT CAN HURT A LOT AND INDUCE SWELLING.
Rosemary - Promotes purification and clears old fluid for increases circulation to the reproductive system acting also as an antiseptic. Symbolising confidence, sweet victory and clarity.
Oat straw – Promotes increasing libido by improving blood flow to your lady bits and your heart space which brings on wetness and desire and in doing so can nourish the nervous system. Supporting in increase of energy which can enhance your final explosion!
